Dr. Sochung Chung is a post-doctoral research fellow at the Obesity Research Center, Institute of Human Nutrition, Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. Dr. Chung is an Assistant professor in the Dept. of Pediatrics, Konkuk University, Korea.Her background includes pediatrics endocrinology, diabetes and obesity.
She received her Doctorate and M.D in Pediatrics from Yonsei University in Korea.
Dr. Chung's main interests are:
1. Body composition changes in children and its relation with metabolic syndrome.
2. Ethnical difference in body composition changes with age.
3. Body composition analysis in children with endocrine disease.
