If you are an otherwise healthy woman over 200 lbs., you may be eligible to participate in a federally-funded research study at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, in return for treatment for obesity or monetary compensation. This study is being coordinated by researchers in the NYS Psychiatric Institute at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons.

• To be eligible, you must:
• Be a woman who weighs at least 200 lbs. or, if you know your BMI, it must be at least 35 kg/M2.
• Be between the ages of 18 and 60 years old.
• Be free of any major medical problems, such as diabetes.
• Compensation includes treatment for obesity or monetary compensation.
