Dear Colleague:

I am now beginning to compile a list of speakers for the 2006-2007 Columbia University Seminar on Appetitive Behavior. If you would like to speak, please fill out the invitation below. If I have suggested to you during the past year that giving a seminar next year would be a good idea, please accept this as a FORMAL invitation to speak. (I only send out individual invitations to speakers who are not part of the regular group.) If you would like to suggest a speaker, please indicate that also. Seminar arrangements will be made during May. I would appreciate having this form returned as soon as possible, but no later than May 20. Thank you for your help.

IF YOU KNOW OF ANYONE FROM OUTSIDE OUR IMMEDIATE AREA WHO MAY BE COMING TO NY ON OTHER BUSINESS NEAR OUR DATES, PLEASE PASS THIS ALONG. OUR RESOURCES ARE LIMITED, BUT WE ENCOURAGE OUTSIDE SPEAKERS WHEN POSSIBLE.

Reasonably firm dates for next year are: for 2006: September 7, October 5, November 2, December 7;
for 2007: January 18, February 8, March 8, April 5, May 3, June 7.

All dates, except June 7, are still subject to the availability of the Faculty House, and these dates have been requested. If you recognize any conflicts with major meetings, holidays or other events, please let me know IMMEDIATELY.

I understand that minutes of my seminar may be submitted for publication in Appetite, if they are limited to 3300 words as a brief communication.
